My interest in graphic design began in college, when I designed a logo for my band (okay, it was an a cappella singing group ... don’t judge me). Soon came flyers, shirts, CD jackets and posters. I was also taking fine art courses, honing my painting and drawing skills while learning about composition, lighting and balance.
After graduation, I worked and studied at a boutique design studio in Santa Barbara, where I had two years of formal graphic design training, and learned project management and print production.
Since 2000, I’ve been designing logos, posters, invitations, media kits, brochures, mailers, magazine layouts, wine labels, corporate identities, web pages and more. My clients include: Spa and Islands magazines; Santa Barbara Arts & Lectures; Music Academy of the West; Beverly Clarke’s Elite Wedding Collection; Horny Toad activewear; C’est Cheese gourmet food store; Silenus Vintners; Pacific Bouquets & Fine Gifts; Mission Wealth Management and others.
